We are Matt and Marty a couple of local chefs who are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America and are Members of the American Culinary Federation, Kansas City BBQ Society and the Worlds Cooks Association among other major culinary organizations around the world.
Although we have cooked for celebrities, presidents, and star athletes around the world we have always had a passion for outdoor BBQ.
We use or love of BBQ to Help others who need help. We do many events for Charities, and have raised over 20K in the last 2 years alone.
